About the Project

LuMar Electric was proud to be the electrical contractor for City Realty’s St. George project—an impressive 20-unit apartment development located in the heart of Moncton, NB. This modern residential building was designed with both functionality and energy efficiency in mind.

Our team managed the entire electrical scope of work, from rough-in to final finishes. This included service installation, wiring for individual units, common area electrical, energy-efficient lighting systems, and code-compliant safety features. We worked closely with the developer and other trades to ensure the project was delivered on time and on budget, without compromising on quality or safety.
