Tannery Place Transformer Pad Install

LuMar Electric completed a major transformer upgrade at Tannery Place in downtown Moncton, a growing multi-use development that includes both residential and commercial units. Our team supplied and installed a new 750kVA pad-mount transformer to meet the building’s increasing electrical demand.

The project involved careful coordination with NB Power, excavation for concrete pad installation, and precise placement of the transformer—all completed safely and efficiently. This upgrade ensures reliable, long-term power delivery for tenants and future expansion.
