Rally House Pickleball

About the Project

Rally House is the brand new indoor pickleball facility in Dieppe. It has ten courts, five on each side of a lane down the middle, with glass all the way around so the courts can be seen from almost anywhere in the building.

Beyond the courts, the facility has a lounge with a fully licensed bar and coffee, a pro shop, an upstairs lounge and viewing area, a gym, a 15 person sauna, a cold plunge and dressing rooms.

The build took 12 months, and LuMar Electric was on site from the first day until the job was done. Our crew handled the lighting and the electrical throughout the building, and our SmartSpace team, with Nick Pietrsma, handled the access, security and sound systems.

Our scope included:

• Lighting throughout the facility
• The electrical throughout the building
• Keyless entry on timers, with key fob access for members
• Security cameras throughout the building, including a red and blue camera with flashing lights and a siren
• Data runs for the TVs
• A Sonos sound system with over 22 wireless speakers, set up in zones and controlled by phone

The sound system was not in the original plans. It came up late in the project, and our SmartSpace team ran everything and put it in place so the client got the system they wanted.

Rally House is a great new addition to Dieppe, and our team is proud to have been a part of it from start to finish.
