Our scope
A building’s electrical system starts well before the building line.
The service run from the utility connection, the duct bank carrying primary and secondary distribution, the pad-mount transformer that steps it down — that infrastructure is electrical work, and LuMar Electric carries it as part of the same scope as the panels and the branch wiring inside.
For a general contractor or developer, that means the underground distribution and the building electrical answer to one contractor and one schedule, instead of being split across a handoff where the two have to be reconciled later.

Underground Service Runs
Underground service installation from the utility connection through to the building, terminated and tested by the crew that carries it inside.
Pad-Mount Transformers
Supply, placement and termination of pad-mount transformers, coordinated directly with NB Power or Maritime Electric.
Site Lighting
Parking lots, walkways, yards and building exteriors — pole and wall-mounted site lighting, fed from the underground distribution.
Utility Coordination
Working the service application, the inspection sequence and the utility’s schedule so energization is not the thing holding up occupancy.

Underground servicing for housing communities and multi-building developments, from the site distribution through to each suite.
Bucket truck & overhead work
Our bucket truck covers the work that a ladder can’t reach — pole lighting, service masts, signage and exterior lighting on commercial buildings.
It is the same argument as the underground scope: overhead work that would otherwise mean bringing in a separate contractor stays with the crew already on your site.
Below grade, at grade and overhead, the electrical infrastructure of a site stays with one contractor.

If something below grade needs to change, it is one contractor’s call to make and one contractor’s cost to carry.
